Being Bharat Romeo Lane Hospitality Llp in Delhi is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume restro-bar and nightlife venue.

You will drive guest experiences, oversee P&L, lead diverse teams, coordinate events with DJs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance for premium evenings.

Qualifications

• 35+ years of GM experience in high-volume restro-bars, lounges, or nightlife venues.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, bar management, inventory software, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and floor management skills.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee FOH/BOH service, maintain high venue energy/vibe, and manage guest relations during peak late-night hours.
• Manage P&L, control food/beverage/labor costs, track inventory, and optimize table turnover.

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our high-volume restro-bar. You will be responsible for driving venue atmosphere, revenue growth, team performance, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Floor & Operations: Oversee FOH/BOH service, maintain high venue energy/vibe, and manage guest relations during peak late-night hours.
• Financial Performance: Manage P&L, control food/beverage/labor costs, track inventory, and optimize table turnover.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate service, bar, and kitchen teams to maintain top hospitality standards.
