Job summary

PromacHr Solutions is seeking a guest-focused Front Desk Concierge for a busy restaurant in India. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, greet on arrival, and escort them to tables, coordinating with the restaurant manager and service staff to ensure smooth seating.

You will handle inquiries about the menu, timings, promotions, and events, assist with special requests, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain accurate reservation records while upholding high hospitality standards.
