Job summary

Vimala Regency, a renowned fine dining restaurant, is seeking a Restaurant Captain to lead a dining section, take orders, and upsell menu items. You will ensure exceptional guest service and coordinate with the kitchen for timely, high-quality service.

You will supervise junior servers, guide staff, and maintain impeccable table settings and presentation while driving sales and guest satisfaction through proactive engagement.
