• Check billing, order accuracy, and payment processes; ensure opening, shift-change and closing checklists are completed.
• Report operational issues and daily performance to the Restaurant Manager.

• Monitor table status and coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding team. Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate staff sections. Check billing, order accuracy, and payment processes.
• Monitor stock of service items and report shortages. Train and guide junior service staff. Ensure opening, shift-change, and closing checklists are completed.
• Report operational issues and daily performance to the Restaurant Manager.
