Job summary

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) invites application for a resort operations leadership role in Rajasthan. You will oversee day-to-day operations across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive service standards, manage budgets and staffing, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with safety policies. This is an on-site position requiring strong collaboration with department heads and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resort operations, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and guest satisfaction.
• Drive operational efficiency while upholding service standards and brand guidelines.
• Monitor and improve guest feedback, reviews, and service recovery.
• Collaborate with department heads to meet operational and financial targets.
• Monitor revenue, occupancy, costs, and operating expenses with relevant teams.
• Ensure manpower planning, deployment, productivity, and workforce management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the resort team to foster a service-driven culture.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and SOPs.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with corporate and support functions for smooth operations.
• Manage vendor and external stakeholder relationships as required.
• Handle escalated guest complaints with timely, effective resolutions.
• Drive initiatives on guest experience, quality, sustainability, and excellence.
• Represent the resort professionally with guests, partners, and stakeholders.
