Job summary

Sagar Ghar Sansar & Aryavrat Global Ventures Pvt ltd Group is seeking an experienced hotel operations leader to oversee day-to-day activities across all departments at our property in India. You will drive efficiency, guest satisfaction, and strategic growth.

The role requires coordinating Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Finance and HR, while monitoring occupancy, revenue metrics, costs, and safety compliance. Regular reviews with department heads are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments.
• Lead and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR teams.
• Set operational targets and ensure the hotel achieves its revenue and profitability goals.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, departmental revenues, and operating costs.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle VIP guests, complaints, and major operational issues.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and applicable laws.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate department heads and employees.
• Coordinate with owners, corporate management, vendors, and business partners.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Review financial and operational reports and take corrective action when required.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, security, and overall presentation of the property.
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with department heads.
