Job summary

Ennismore Bengaluru is seeking a Reservation Manager to lead the reservations function and drive revenue for The Hoxton Bengaluru City Ennismore. This role manages the Reservations team and partners with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Hotel Leadership to ensure optimal inventory and revenue performance.

You will oversee strategic and operational duties, forecast demand, and maintain smooth rooming processes while delivering memorable guest experiences under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hotel reservations experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading teams, analysing reports and driving commercial performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
