Job summary

AVIAREPS GLOBAL SERVICES PVT. LTD is seeking a capable reservations specialist to manage ticketing, group bookings, and fare quotes. You will handle inquiries from end-consumers and trade partners through calls and emails, perform TSR reconciliations, and address BSP Link inquiries.

The role supports international offices and requires strong GDS knowledge and English fluency. Modern office in Mumbai offers an opportunity to contribute to growth in a dynamic, global travel network.

Qualifications

• Experience with airline reservations and ticketing systems (GDS).
• Strong analytical and data handling skills.
• Knowledge of IATA procedures and ticketing processes.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced international setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and ticketing using the reservation system (GDS).
• Process ticketing manually or automatically.
• Manage group bookings and allotments.
• Distribute price quotations and information to clients.
• Handle inquiries from end-consumers and trade partners via calls and emails.
• TSR reconciliation.
• Manage BSP Link inquiries (ADM, ACM, refunds).
• Bi-weekly benchmarking of competitive fares for international offices.

Role & responsibilities

• Handling of reservations and ticketing by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS)
• Ticketing manual/automated
• Handling of Groups and Allotments
• Distribution of price quotations and information
• Handling of end-consumer and trade enquiries via calls and emails
• TSR Reconciliation
• Handling BSP Link enquiries, e.g. ADM, ACM, Refunds
• Bi-weekly benchmarking competitive fares for offices internationally

Preferred candidate profile

• Well versed with MS Office tools
• Excellent analytical ability
• Excellent knowledge of Airline - GDS (e.g. Amadeus/Sabre/Astral)
• Proficiency in the Usage of Internet
• Should have basic excel knowledge
• Experiences in the tourism sector
• IATA Knowledge and experiences in ticketing
• Fluency in English, further languages preferred
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to operate independently and with little guidance in a fast-paced, constantly evolving international environment whilst directly contributing to the company's growth and success
