We are looking for aReservation Executiveto join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Manage new and existing individual rooms reservations through telephone, email, and website reservations.
• Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.
• Keep an eye on our booking channels.
• Maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities.Work with corporate clients/bookers and agents.

• Communicate with the front office and restaurant teams to facilitate the guests’ stay.
• Work closely with the revenue and sales team to ensure rooming lists are correctly entered and revenue objectives are met.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise work and ask for clarification when needed.
