Job summary

Accor in Bengaluru is seeking a Reservations Leader to drive the department, optimize inventory and revenue, and mentor a team of reservation agents. You will partner with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Hotel Leadership to deliver superior guest experiences while meeting commercial targets.

The role requires 3-5+ years in hotel reservations, with supervisory experience, and a hands-on, process-driven leadership style.
