Job summary

The Ibnii Coorg Resort & Spa is seeking a seasoned Reservation Executive to help optimize occupancy and revenue through proactive reservation management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coordination, and revenue-focused skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

With a minimum of five years in hotel reservations, you will coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; hospitality background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in hotel reservations or related hospitality function.
• Hands-on knowledge of PMS and online booking channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual, corporate, and agent reservations via calls, email, websites, and OTA channels.
• Handle inquiries, changes, cancellations, and special requests promptly.
• Maintain relationships with guests, corporate clients, and travel partners.
• Monitor channels, room availability, and optimization of occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and F&B for seamless service.
• Maintain reservation records, guest details, and booking reports.
• Identify upsell opportunities to support revenue maximization.
• Prepare reports on reservation performance and propose improvements.
• Anticipate guest needs with personalized assistance to exceed expectations.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and legal requirements.
• Contribute to departmental targets while upholding hospitality values.

Job Summary

The Ibnii Coorg Resort & Spa is looking for a service-oriented and experienced Reservation Executive to join our team. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage individual, corporate, and agent reservations received through telephone, email, websites, and online booking channels.
• Handle guest enquiries, reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, travel agents, and other business partners.
• Monitor booking channels, room availability, and reservation accuracy to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, guest details, rooming lists, and booking reports.
• Identify upselling opportunities and support revenue maximization through effective reservation management.
• Monitor reservation performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Anticipate guest requirements and provide personalized assistance to exceed expectations.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies, operational standards, and applicable legal requirements.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a background in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel reservations or a related hospitality function.
• Hands-on knowledge of hotel reservation systems, property management systems (PMS), and online booking channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of room inventory, occupancy, reservation procedures, and revenue optimization.
• A guest-focused approach, professional conduct, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
