Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced Reservation Associate in Mumbai to manage reservations across calls, emails, and OTAs. You will coordinate with Front Office, Revenue, and Operations to ensure accuracy of PMS, inventory, and rates, while upselling and shaping guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hotel/resort reservations, strong knowledge of OTA platforms, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel/resort reservations experience.
• Hands-on experience with OTA platforms and PMS/reservation systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and guest relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations received through calls, emails, WhatsApp, website, and OTAs.
• Handle OTA extranets such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, Airbnb.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure smooth reservation management.
• Maintain and update PMS, room inventory, rates, availability, and booking details.
• Handle guest enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings through upselling and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and prepare regular reservation reports.
• Assist with property visits and operational requirements as needed.
• Ensure excellent guest communication and build strong customer relationships.

Reservation Associate Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Reservation Associate with strong knowledge of OTA management, hotel reservations, sales, and guest relations. The ideal candidate should have experience working with reputed hotels or resorts and be comfortable managing reservations across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations received through calls, emails, WhatsApp, website, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
• Handle OTA extranets such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, Airbnb, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure smooth reservation management.
• Maintain and update PMS, room inventory, rates, availability, and booking details accurately.
• Handle guest enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings through effective sales, upselling, and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and prepare regular reservation reports.
• Assist with property visits and operational requirements as needed.
• Ensure excellent guest communication and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel/resort reservations, preferably with a reputed hospitality brand.
• Hands‑on experience with OTA platforms and PMS/reservation systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and guest relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel to properties when required.
