Job summary

Nexreq in Hyderabad is seeking a Research Analyst / Lead Generation Executive to support non-IT staffing and recruitment research for US and Canada markets. The role targets accurate prospect databases and high-quality lead generation through advanced web searches and LinkedIn research.

The position requires 6 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical abilities, and a willingness to work the fixed US night shift from the Hyderabad office. On-site, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1.5 years of relevant experience in Non-IT Staffing, Recruitment Research, Market Research, or B2B Lead Generation.
• Prior exposure to US/Canada markets preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Search, Executive Search, Job Board Research, Decision-Maker Identification, and staffing-focused lead generation.
• Excellent analytical and web-research skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work fixed US night-shift hours from our Hyderabad office.

NEXREQ is expanding its international recruitment delivery team and is looking for motivated professionals with 6 months–1.5 years of experience in Non-IT Staffing, Recruitment Research, or Lead Generation.

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

Work Mode: Full-Time | On-Site
