Job summary

SharpAtoms is seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to support non-IT recruitment through candidate research, talent mapping, market research, and sourcing. The role focuses on identifying candidates across non-IT domains using LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites.

You will analyze profiles, maintain candidate databases, build talent pipelines, and prepare research reports to assist recruiters. 2-5 years experience preferred; completion targets and daily tracking are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong internet research and analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and online search techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and ATS/CRM systems is preferred.
• Exposure to US recruitment/staffing is an advantage.
