Roles Responsibilities:

• Engaging with global industry levels experts and conducting telephonic research discussions with them.
• Onboarding industry experts based on research topics across domains and industries.
• 80% calling profile where regular 80-100 calls per day will be as per Targets.
• Monthly Targets.
• Meeting and exceeding goals and metrics on multiple high priority expert recruiting and primary research projects at any given time.
• Interact with industry experts/ consultants via various modes of communication like telephonic interviews using Computer Assisted Telephonic Interviews Computer Assisted Web Interviews and gather relevant and niche data.
• Networking and rapport building with various industry experts to gather insights, perspectives and thoughts across different research projects.
• Collaborating with different departments of Market Research for Qualitative and Quantitative Research.
• Independently managing your recruiting pipeline covering cold calling pitching, screening networking.

Educational Qualification, Soft Skills Attributes:

• Exposure of Marketing Sales internship is preferred
