Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking a results-driven BD/Lead Generation professional in Bengaluru to track market signals, identify potential B2B clients, and generate qualified leads. You will conduct outbound outreach, research client needs, and support the BD team with data-driven insights.

The role requires strong English communication, familiarity with LinkedIn Navigator or similar tools, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Quick turnaround on research is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills — spoken and written English.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Naukri, or similar B2B research tools.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to research and turn around accurate information quickly, under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Track live market signals and industry trends across sectors.
• Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, Google and other online channels.
• Generate qualified leads for target sectors.
• Build and maintain prospect databases with accurate contact and company information.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold emails, cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
• Understand prospects business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Schedule client meetings and prepare pre-meeting research decks for client pitches for BD team.
• Support real-time data pulls during live deal conversations.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain lead status in CRM.
• Work closely with BD team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Track daily/weekly lead generation activities and achieve assigned targets.
