Research Analyst Managerial Role

We are looking for a SEBI-qualified Research Analyst with strong managerial and leadership skills who can handle stock market research along with key business and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise research in Equity, Futures & Options (F&O).
• Manage and coordinate the research team and day-to-day activities.
• Work closely with senior management in business and operational decision-making.
• Take ownership of projects and ensure their timely execution.
• Handle SEBI RA-related regulatory and compliance responsibilities as required.
• Take ownership of additional managerial and business responsibilities when required.

Requirements

• Valid NISM Research Analyst Certification – Mandatory.
• Qualification as prescribed under applicable SEBI Research Analyst Regulations.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian stock market, Equity and F&O.
• Strong managerial, leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to independently take ownership and manage multiple responsibilities.
