Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SEBI Registered Research Analyst-Head Research to lead and strengthen our research function. You will oversee all RA-compliant research across equities, derivatives, debt, mutual funds, ETFs, REITs and InvITs.

You will develop and govern scoring frameworks, build research methodologies, and ensure independence and transparency. A strong compliance focus and leadership of a high-performing team are essential.

Qualifications

• CA or CFA charterholder.
• NISM Series XV Research Analyst certification mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in securities and multi-asset research.
• Strong experience in developing research methodologies and coverage frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, research and writing skills.
• Knowledge of SEBI RA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of research integrity.
