Job summary

• Check cloud storage monthly and coordinate with support for issues.
• Update monthly reports and prepare daily call/activity reports by the 25th of each month.

Job description

1 Shift Handover and Confirmation Calls:
Take a handover from the night shift employee.
Make confirmation calls for the appointments of Dr GVS Rao, Dr GVK
Chaitanya, Dr Shree and any other consultant as per requirement.
2 Call Management and Appointment Scheduling:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, including booking appointments and
answering patient inquiries.
Manage virtual appointments and direct appointment bookings via
WhatsApp (2nd WhatsApp line).
Check missed calls and return calls promptly to ensure follow-ups.
3 Email and Query Management:
Check informational emails and make outgoing calls as required.
Address patient queries and connect them with Duty Medical Officers
(DMOs) for resolution.
4 Test and Report Coordination:
Explain the required medical tests and their names to patients.
Forward CT scan reports and blood test results from the lab to patients.
5 Medicine Courier Handling:
Oversee the dispatch and management of medicine couriers.
6 Doctor and Branch Coordination:
Update doctor leave schedules as necessary.
Book appointments for all branches and ensure efficient coordination.
7 Data and Cloud Management:
Check cloud storage monthly, change passwords, and address issues by
contacting support and sending emails as needed.
8 Reporting and Documentation:
Update monthly reports, including the call log and activities, by the 25th
of each month.
Prepare and share daily reports of calls and activities with management.
