Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting & Merchandising professional to join our India office. This role bridges reporting, product data management, and merchandising optimization to ensure our retail and eCommerce channels are supported with accurate insights, well-organized inventory data, and trend-driven assortments.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with an understanding of merchandising strategy, helping drive better decision-making and improved sales performance across our global store network and online platform.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc business reports on sales, inventory, and KPIs for management.
  • Analyze product, store, and vendor performance to identify opportunities for improved turnover and ROI.
  • Track sell-through, stock levels, and replenishment needs, ensuring optimal product distribution across stores.
  • Support monthly and seasonal business reviews with clear, actionable insights.
Inventory Management & Taxonomy
  • Ensure product taxonomy, attributes, and categorization are properly maintained in the system.
  • Validate product master data, including pricing, metal type, diamond/gemstone details, and SKU mapping.
  • Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and work with the merchandising and inventory teams to correct them.
  • Review product listings and assets (images, descriptions, copy) to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO best practices.
  • Partner with the creative and merchandising teams to improve product presentation and conversion.
  • Monitor product and category trends, providing recommendations for new product development or assortment adjustments.
  • Support A/B testing and site performance tracking to optimize merchandising strategies.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: 7+ years in Merchandising, eCommerce, Retail Planning, or related fields — preferably within luxury, jewelry, or fashion.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret sales and web analytics data to drive merchandising and assortment decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Adept at reviewing product data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining consistent taxonomy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working across merchandising, creative, marketing, and tech teams.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or Tableau).
  • Understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Triple Whale, or similar).
  • Experience managing or auditing large product databases.
  • Performance-Driven: Knowledge of A/B testing, site optimization, and KPI tracking to continuously improve results.
