Job summary

Diamond Atelier, a New York–headquartered lab-grown diamond company with manufacturing in Surat and teams in Mumbai, Delhi and New York, is seeking a Jewelry Merchandiser to manage backend product operations. You will manage product data, inventories and listings across e-commerce platforms, coordinating with production, sales and marketing to ensure accurate pricing and catalog updates.

• 2–6 years in jewelry merchandising, product operations or inventory.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience handling large product catalogs.
• Experience managing a diamond/jewelry e-commerce website is a strong plus.
• Experience listing jewelry on Etsy or similar marketplaces is a plus.

We are looking for a Jewelry Merchandiser to manage the backend of our jewelry product operations.

• Manage product SKUs, master sheets and product databases
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, costing and product information
• Coordinate with production, sales, e-commerce and marketing teams
• Track new products, stock movement and product status
• Prepare merchandising and inventory reports
• Identify stock discrepancies and missing product information
• Manage product listings and updates across e-commerce platforms
• Maintain organized product and collection records

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in jewelry merchandising, product operations or inventory
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
