Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an experienced Functional Lead / Business Analyst to support the implementation of Reltio MDM. You will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, integration validation, and adherence to client standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in MDM projects (preferably with Reltio), strong data governance and quality concepts, and the ability to lead across global teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as BA or Functional Lead in MDM projects.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts: governance, quality, survivorship, hierarchies.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Pharma data domain familiarity is desirable.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile environment experience and global collaboration.

Job Title: Functional Lead / Business Analyst Reltio MDM

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead / Business Analyst to support the implementation of Reltio Master Data Management (MDM). The role involves bridging business and technical teams, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, integration validation, and compliance with client standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MDM processes, pharmaceutical data domains, and functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Oversight: Review integration touchpoints within business processes and validate accurate data flow across upstream and downstream systems.
• Planning & Coordination: Support Topic Leads and Workstream Leads in planning and coordinating activities to meet project timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables adhere to client SOPs, templates, standards, and best practices.
• Data Documentation: Document data elements, definitions, and business rules for MDM implementation.
• Requirements Review: Review consolidated URS (User Requirement Specifications) and FS (Functional Specifications) for completeness and consistency.
• Cross-Workstream Alignment: Align user requirements across topics and workstreams to maintain consistency and avoid gaps.
• Testing Support: Participate in informal UAT sessions; assist in identifying and creating test scenarios for integration and PQ (Performance Qualification).
• Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with implementation partners to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of user requirements.
• Validation Activities: Review test data and scripts (sanity, automated, regression, OQ, PQ) to ensure coverage of all business scenarios and traceability to URS.
• Script Development: Support testing team in creating PQ scripts and validation documentation.
• Workstream Collaboration: Collaborate with other Workstream Leads to ensure interdependencies and requirements are correctly implemented across streams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead in MDM projects, preferably with Reltio.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts: data governance, data quality, survivorship, hierarchy management.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry data domains (e.g., HCP/HCO, product, regulatory data) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate across global teams.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on knowledge of Reltio platform features: match & merge, workflows, data quality rules, integration patterns.
• Experience with data migration, profiling, and cleansing activities.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in pharma.
