Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end Reltio MDM solutions.
Configure Reltio MDM entities, attributes, relationships, and rules.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for master data into Reltio.
Implement data standardization, cleansing, validation, and quality processes.
Develop delta detection and incremental processing.
Work on Reltio configuration and customization, including L3 configurations.

Job Description - Reltio MDM Platform Engineer

Position: Reltio MDM Platform Engineer
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Reltio MDM Platform Engineer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio MDM platform. The role will involve working across the MDM data lifecycle, including data ingestion, ETL processing, standardization, data quality, matching, survivorship, integrations, APIs, and Reltio configuration. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Reltio and good understanding of data engineering concepts, along with the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end Reltio MDM solutions covering data ingestion, preprocessing, processing, and post-processing.
Configure and maintain Reltio MDM entities, attributes, relationships, match rules, survivorship rules, data quality rules, and workflows.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for loading and processing master data into Reltio.
Implement data standardization, cleansing, validation, enrichment, and data quality processes.
Develop solutions for delta detection and incremental data processing.
Work on Reltio configuration and customization, including L3 configurations.
Develop and maintain API-based integrations between Reltio and enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot integration issues, data discrepancies, failed jobs, and MDM processing issues.
Support data stewardship and Data Change Request (DCR) processes.
Work with downstream and upstream systems to ensure reliable master-data synchronization.
Analyze and improve match and merge processes and help optimize data matching accuracy.
Build monitoring and operational processes for MDM data pipelines and integrations.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts, Data Stewards, and client stakeholders.
Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Create technical documentation including data models, mapping documents, STTMs, technical designs, and process documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Required Technical Skills

Must Have:

3 to 6 years of experience in Reltio MDM / Master Data Management.
Hands-on experience with Reltio Cloud MDM.
Strong understanding of MDM concepts, including:
- Data Quality
- Data Standardization
- Matching & Merge
- Survivorship
- Entity Resolution
- Data Stewardship
- Golden Records
Experience developing Reltio ETL/data integration pipelines.
Experience with Reltio APIs and REST API integrations.
Hands-on experience with Reltio configuration.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with Python and/or PySpark.
Good understanding of data engineering and ETL concepts.
Experience working with large datasets and enterprise data platforms.

Good to Have

Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
Experience with Apache Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools.
Experience integrating Reltio with CRM/enterprise applications.
Experience with DCR / Data Change Request processes.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms.
Experience with GenAI/LLM-based data matching or entity resolution.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with JIRA and technical documentation.

Preferred Profile

The ideal candidate will be someone who:

Has strong hands-on Reltio MDM development/configuration experience.
Understands the complete MDM data flow from source ETL Reltio stewardship, downstream systems.
Can independently troubleshoot data and integration issues.
Has strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals.
Can work closely with technical teams as well as business/data stewardship stakeholders.
Has experience taking ownership of MDM components from requirement through implementation and production support.
