We are seeking a hands-on Reltio MDM Developer to design, configure, develop, test, and support scalable master data solutions on the Reltio Connected Data Platform. The role will partner with data architects, analysts, business teams, and integration engineers to deliver trusted and governed customer, product, supplier, or other enterprise master data domains.
Design and configure Reltio MDM solutions, including entity types, relationship types, interaction types, reference data, match rules, survivorship rules, validation rules, and security settings.
Develop and maintain source-system onboarding, data mappings, cleanse and transform logic, and inbound and outbound integration flows using Reltio APIs and integration patterns.
Configure and tune match, merge, and survivorship logic to improve data quality, reduce duplicates, and create reliable golden records.
Build and support integrations using REST APIs, JSON, event streaming, queues, batch files, ETL/ELT tools, and cloud services as applicable.
Work with business and data teams to translate functional requirements and data‑quality rules into maintainable technical configurations.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing support, defect resolution, deployment, and post‑production validation across environments.
Monitor jobs, APIs, queues, data loads, and platform health; troubleshoot data, configuration, performance, and integration issues.
Create technical specifications, mapping documents, configuration workbooks, deployment notes, test evidence, runbooks, and support documentation.
Follow SDLC, version‑control, release‑management, data‑governance, security, and coding standards.
Participate in code and configuration reviews and contribute to reusable accelerators, automation, and continuous improvement.
2 to 6 years of overall experience in software development, data engineering, MDM, or enterprise data management, with relevant hands‑on exposure to Reltio.
Practical knowledge of Reltio data model configuration, match and merge, survivorship, reference data, workflows, security, and tenant configuration.
Experience working with Reltio REST APIs and JSON payloads for entity, relationship, match, merge, and data‑load operations.
Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing data in relational databases or cloud data platforms.
Working knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript, or another scripting/programming language for utilities, transformations, and automation.
Understanding of MDM concepts such as golden record, hierarchy, deduplication, data stewardship, data quality, governance, and metadata.
Experience with integration or ETL tools such as Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend, Azure Data Factory, AWS services, or equivalent platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot complex data and integration issues using logs, API responses, platform monitoring, and reconciliation reports.
Good communication, documentation, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.
Experience in customer, product, supplier, location, provider, or party master‑data domains.
Exposure to Reltio Integration Hub, Reltio Data Loader, Reltio Console, workflows, event streaming, and cloud‑native integration patterns.
Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, automated testing, deployment automation, and environment promotion practices.
Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Reltio certification or relevant cloud, data engineering, integration, or MDM certification.
Exposure to data privacy, consent, access control, retention, and regulatory requirements.
