Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an experienced Data Modeler to support MDM implementations and design scalable data models that align with enterprise standards. You will ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization.

Collaborating with business and technical teams, you will lead STM efforts, perform impact analyses, and contribute to EDM-aligned data governance within pharma data domains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data modeling and MDM projects, preferably with Reltio or similar.
• Strong knowledge of conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Experience in STM, data profiling and impact analysis.
• Familiarity with pharma data domains (HCP/HCO, product, regulatory data) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments with global teams.

The role involves designing and maintaining data models, ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

• Data Modeling: Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using established data modeling guidelines; recommend standardization and proper data usage.
• Mapping & Reviews: Develop base Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) and schedule/lead data modeling review sessions with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts (conceptual, logical, physical) and data integration principles.
• Experience in Source-to-Target Mapping, data profiling, and impact analysis.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry data domains (e.g., HCP/HCO, product, regulatory data) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate across global teams.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Reltio platform features and data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and data quality management.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in pharma.
