Job description

We are seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Analyst and Developer with strong expertise in Master Data Management and Data Warehousing. The role requires hands‑on experience in Customer MDM implementations using Reltio, with a solid grasp of MDM concepts, configurations, match rules, survivorship, and data quality management. The candidate will support development, migration, and production support phases across projects, collaborating with local and global teams to deliver robust data solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Competencies

• Overall 4-6 years of experience in Master Data Management and Data Warehousing, with 2+ years in Customer MDM implementations
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Reltio experience with extensive MDM skills
• Strong in MDM concepts and configurations
• Configure and manage match rules (Exact, Fuzzy, EoN, EoaN, Match If, Negative Match, etc.)
• Handle Quality Assessment, Survivorship rules, and API calls
• Manage Merges (Auto/Potential/Orphans)
• Perform Data Profiling, Data Quality Management, Data Monitoring, Data Modeling, Data Integrations, and Metadata Management
• Apply Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Mart design, and Business Intelligence/Analytics protocols and practices
• Database management expertise across Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
• Provide production support for specific projects
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry domain is an added advantage
