Sr. Software Engineer - MDM Developer Job

Role Overview
We're seeking a Reltio Developer to build, configure, and maintain Reltio MDM solutions that power accurate, unified, and governed master data across the enterprise. You'll be responsible for hands‑on development within the Reltio platform, including data modeling, API integrations, and custom workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Reltio data models, including entity types, attributes, relationships, and reference data.
- Build and customize match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation logic to ensure high‑quality master data.
- Hands‑on in developing integrations using Reltio REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub, and event‑driven mechanisms (e.g., Reltio Connect, Kafka).
- Build and support batch and real‑time data loads into Reltio using ETL/integration tools (Informatica or similar).
- Develop and maintain Reltio workflows (RIH pipelines, match rules, survivorship configs) and troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate data requirements into technical Reltio configurations.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Reltio integrations and configurations.
- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, profiling, and cleansing prior to load.
- Maintain technical documentation for data models, integrations, and custom development work.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Reltio‑related issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of hands‑on Reltio MDM development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Reltio core concepts: entities, relationships, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchies, and data models.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and integration development.
- Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), Reltio Console, and Reltio workflow/business rules engine.
- Familiarity with at least one ETL/integration platform (GCP, Informatica, or Kafka etc.,)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or financial services domains.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with data privacy/compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA) as they relate to MDM.
