Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a skilled MDM/Reltio specialist to design, configure, and implement Reltio data models, match/merge rules, survivorship, and reference data for pharma-domain master data such as HCP/HCO, affiliations, products, accounts, and locations.

You will build integrations between Reltio and CRM or data warehouses, develop REST APIs for data ingestion, and participate in agile or hybrid delivery models to enable analytics and downstream reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in MDM implementations (Hands-on with Reltio).
• Strong experience configuring Reltio data models, match/merge, survivorship and workflows.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON and data integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern data architectures.
• Pharma/Life Sciences commercial data domains understanding.

Job description

Reltio Platform Development

• Design, configure, and implement Reltio data models, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and reference data.
• Develop and manage Reltio entities such as HCP, HCO, Affiliations, Products, Accounts, and Locations.
• Configure Reltio workflows, data quality rules, and data governance policies.
• Support Reltio tenant setup, environment migrations, and release deployments.

Integration & Data Engineering

• Build and maintain integrations between Reltio and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, data warehouses, analytics platforms).
• Develop and consume APIs for data ingestion, synchronization, and extraction.
• Support batch and real-time data processing patterns.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 3 - 6+ years of experience in MDM implementations, with hands-on expertise in Reltio.
• Strong experience with Reltio configuration (data models, match/merge, survivorship, workflows).
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration patterns.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms and modern data architectures.

Pharma / Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Pharma / Life Sciences commercial data domains, including:
• HCP / HCO master data
• Affiliations and hierarchies
• Product and reference data
• Experience supporting commercial analytics, CRM, or downstream reporting use cases.

General Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
