Job summary

Turtlemint is looking for a result-driven professional to onboard and manage POSP partners through telecalling, educate POSPs about life insurance products, processes, and sales guidelines, and drive business with regular follow-ups.

You will resolve partner queries related to products, issuance, login and documentation, and maintain daily MIS, call logs, and partner performance tracking to help achieve monthly activation and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance sales.
• Ability to explain complex insurance products clearly.
• Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
