Job summary

BFSI connect is seeking a driven Relationship Officer to source and acquire Unsecured Business Loans in the open market. You will leverage market knowledge and relationships to drive volumes and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1 year of sales experience in unsecured loans, strong negotiation and credit understanding, and the ability to generate leads independently. You will work from Mumbai with incentives on performance.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of experience in sales of unsecured business loans or SME loans.
• Strong understanding of credit, documentation, and loan processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in BFSI sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently in the open market.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire Unsecured Business Loan customers through open market channels.
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve assigned business targets and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
• Conduct financial analysis and evaluate client eligibility for loan products.
