Job summary

Mintskill HR Solutions LLP in Mumbai is hiring for a Relationship Officer - Current Account Sales. You will drive retail liabilities sales at the branch, build and deepen merchant relationships, and meet value and channel productivity targets.

You will generate revenue through sale of Current Account, cross-sell and third-party products, including insurance, while sourcing high-value CA customers and managing family banking relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferably in management or MBA.
• Experience in merchant acquisition for current accounts.
• Knowledge of KYC documentation and processes.
• Experience in B2B sales within BFSI/Telecom/FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Retail Liabilities sales objectives for the branch and meet value, volume, and productivity metrics.
• Generate revenue through Current Account sales, cross-sell and third-party products like Insurance.
• Source high-value CA customers and manage the family banking relationship.
• Promote business banking products like CMS/POS to Current Account customers.

• Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics
• Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of Current Account, Cross Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance
• Responsible For Sourcing High Value CA customer’s along with entire Family Banking relationship
• Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to Current Account customer.

Requirements

• Graduate preferably Management Graduate.
• Developing and maintaining banking relationships for merchant acquisition for current account and cross sell.
• Background in Industries like Banking/ Financial Services / FMCG /Telecommunication in business to business sales.
• Had managed and Sourced Business Banking customer’s / B2B Customers.
• Candidate should be aware of all variants of Current and required KYC documents.
• Current Annual compensation above 2.5 Lac are encouraged to apply.
