Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Collect and verify required customer documents and KYC details.
• Complete loan applications and submit customer files to the bank/operations team.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer details, sales activities, and reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
