Job summary

Axis Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer for Personal Loan products. The role involves presenting and selling banking products, generating and following up on leads, and traveling to engage local customers across Mysore, Kolar, Nanjagud, Husnser, Gonikoppa, Virajpet, Kollegal, Virajpet & Chamarajnagar.

You will handle end-to-end loan proposals, maintain records, and nurture customer relationships before and after sales. Graduate candidates aged 18-35 are preferred; two-wheeler is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Good customer approach and local market knowledge.
• Age 18-35 years, graduates preferred.
• Sales experience is an added advantage, with willingness to travel.
• Two-wheeler transport is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating, presenting and selling banking products.
• Lead generation and follow-up on leads; maintain sales records.
• Willing to travel to convince customers to purchase loans in retail verticals.
• Deliver a good customer experience and build relationships pre- and post-sale.
• Complete loan proposals and submissions to the bank; process and maintain files.

• Generating lead and can get the closures completed.
• Completing customers loan proposal & submitting to Bank.
• Processing of all customer files, maintaining records & reports.
• Maintaining relationship with customers in pre- sales and post sales.
