Responsibilities:

Role Purpose

To make outbound and inbound phone calls to prospective and existing customers, explain health insurance products, handle queries, and drive policy sales/renewals, using fluent English and Hindi to ensure clear communication and good customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads/prospects to promote individual/family health insurance plans and related products.
• Explain product features, benefits, coverage, waiting periods and premiums in simple language in English and Hindi.
• Handle inbound enquiries from customers regarding health insurance plans, quotes, renewals and basic servicing.
• Understand customer needs (family size, age, budget, existing cover) and suggest suitable plans and cover options.
• Follow up on warm leads, pending proposals and renewals to maximise conversions and persistency.
• Accurately capture and update customer details, call notes and disposition codes in the CRM/system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling, talktime, lead and sales targets as defined by the team leader.
• Maintain high call quality, adherence to scripts/guidelines, and handle objections and basic complaints politely.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines no misselling, clear disclosure of terms, and proper consent on recorded lines.
