About the Role

The Relationship Manager – Tractor Loan is responsible for acquiring and managing customers seeking tractor loans, while ensuring high-quality service and portfolio health. The role involves close collaboration with product, operations, and dealership teams to drive customer acquisition, deepen relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions. The incumbent will also manage dealership business clients and contribute to the overall objectives of the branch banking channel.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers for tractor loans by conducting credit assessments and offering end-to-end financial solutions.
  • Maintain strong engagement with existing customers through regular communication, including updates on interest rates and product offerings.
  • Empanel new dealers, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and DSTs (Direct Sales Teams) in the market.
  • Generate new leads for dealership business through referrals, promotional activities, and customer interactions.
  • Conduct policy training sessions for internal team members to ensure alignment with product guidelines.
  • Proactively resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor channel and team performance to ensure quality sourcing and a healthy loan portfolio.
  • Analyse competitor products and market practices to inform growth strategies.

What We Are Looking For
Education
  • Graduate in any discipline (e.g., BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE).
Experience
  • 3 years of relevant experience in branch banking, preferably in rural lending or tractor finance.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong understanding of tractor loan products and rural customer needs.
  • Proven ability in customer acquisition and dealership relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and competitor strategies.
