Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in agricultural financing or rural sales, preferably tractor/farm equipment financing.
Knowledge of used tractor financing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the used tractor financing segment to drive business growth.
Assess customer creditworthiness and financial needs to recommend appropriate loan products and financing solutions.
Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans while adhering to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Provide expert guidance to customers on loan application processes, documentation requirements, and repayment schedules.
Monitor loan accounts regularly to ensure timely repayments and proactively address any delinquencies or defaults.
Organize and participate in community outreach programs and agricultural fairs to promote the bank’s used tractor financing products.
Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all internal controls, risk management protocols, and audit requirements related to loan disbursal and recovery.
Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer handling skills.
