BFSI connect is seeking a Relationship Manager specialized in SME lending to source Mortgage, LAP, Home Loans and Working Capital through a strong DSA network in Mumbai. You will manage end-to-end loan processes and drive consistent business inflow.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of lending experience, proven sourcing tracks, and a max age of 32. This on-site role requires deep knowledge of Mumbai markets and portfolio quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sourcing Mortgage / LAP / HL / Working Capital business.
• Strong DSA network & on-ground relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA / Connector channels for Mortgage, LAP, Home Loans & Working Capital.
• Build and maintain a robust DSA network to ensure consistent business inflow.
• Manage end-to-end loan process - sourcing to disbursement.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly business targets.
