• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Prospect and source new home loan business through open markets, builder tie-ups, direct selling, and channel partners.
• Conversion Efficiency: Maintain high conversion ratios from lead-to-login and login-to-disbursement, updating lead statuses in CRM.
• File Processing & Verification: Collect and verify customer documents, coordinate with credit and operations for quick sanction and disbursement.
• Relationship Management: Build networks with builders and clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Compliance & Portfolio Health: Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
