Job Title : Relationship Manager

What you'll do:

• About The Job As a Relationship Manager Field Sales Executive), you will meet customers in person, understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and help them make informed financial decisions. This is a customer-facing role that combines relationship building, consultative selling, and field operations.
• Role Expectations Working Days: 6-day work week. Weekly Off: One fixed weekly off between Monday and Friday (no weekend offs).
• Travel: Daily field travel of approximately 50-100 km within the assigned territory.
• Customer Meetings: Minimum 3 successful customer meetings per day, subject to lead availability.
• Mobility: Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred for effective field mobility.
• Technology: Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and company mobile applications.
