Job summary

Premier Consultants is seeking a Relationship Manager - Real Estate for a leading Private Sector Bank in Delhi. You will originate real estate financing deals across primary and secondary markets, coordinating with investors and promoters.

You will develop financing strategies, assess asset categories, and prepare cash flow models and information dockets for stakeholders. Strong communication and deal closure skills are essential.

• Experience in real estate financing origination from primary and secondary markets.
• Ability to create cash flow models and information dockets.
• Strong coordination with sales staff, agencies, investors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Scoping and scanning the market for origination of real estate transactions from primary and secondary markets.
• Developing financing strategies and advising mandates with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs.
• Assessing the Real Estate asset category and related risks.
• Maintaining constant communication with coverage teams, agencies, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Creating pitches with financing options and credit solutions.
• Preparing IMs and cash flow models for investors and internal assessments.
• Coordinating placements with sales staff, agencies, and potential investors.
• Managing deal closure including funding, documentation, due diligence, and sanctions.

Role - Relationship Manager - Real Estate

Location : Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Scoping and scanning the market for origination of real estate transactions from both the primary and secondary (existing lender/investor) markets, including standard asset classes, high yield deals, special scenario deals, and lease rental discounting agreements.
• Developing strategies for financing, restructuring, settlement, and advising mandates in collaboration with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs.
• To assess the Real Estate asset category overall, comprehension skills are required.
• Constant communication with coverage teams, agencies, investors, and internal relationships
• Formulating suitable credit solutions and creating pitches with financing options
• Creation of IM and analytical materials, including as cash flow models and information dockets, for both external investors and internal do-ability assessments.
• Coordinating placements with the sales staff, outside agencies, and potential investors.
• Deal closure, includes funding, documentation, due diligence, and sanctions
