Responsibilities

• Scoping and market scanning to identify possible structured finance transactions across asset classes, high-yield transactions, and unique circumstances from the primary as well as secondary markets.
• Identifying and organizing such funding options by brainstorming with clients and the coverage team
• To lead the transaction origination process and maintain a conversation, one must possess strong comprehension and communication abilities with the customer.
• A candidate must have a HUNTER mentality and a thorough understanding of markets.
• Constant interaction with agencies, coverage teams, and internal ties
• Supervising the credit analysis for cash flow models, internal do-ability assessments, etc.
• Deal closure, comprising funds, due diligence, documentation, and consequences
• Working both independently and as a member of a larger team
