Qualifications

• Experience in project and structured finance.
• Strong credit appraisal and risk assessment skills.

• Familiarity with term sheets, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience monitoring portfolios and ensuring compliance.

• Identify prospective corporate clients, business groups, intermediaries and banking relationships.
• Develop a healthy pipeline of bilateral project and structured-finance opportunities.
• Lead client discussions on deal structure, term sheets, pricing and documentation.
• Conduct detailed credit appraisal and assess financial and operational viability of proposals.
• Maintain regular engagement with portfolio clients and ensure timely servicing of their needs.
• Coordinate with risk and operations teams to improve execution and turnaround times.

The RelationshipManager will support business growth across project and structured finance by developing a strong deal pipeline, acquiring corporate clients, structuring suitable financing solutions, and maintaining portfolio quality. The role requires strong commercial judgement, credit expertise, and senior stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of regional sales, profitability, and fee-income targets.
• Identify prospective corporate clients, business groups, intermediaries, and banking relationships.
• Develop a healthy pipeline of bilateral project and structured-finance opportunities.
• Lead client discussions relating to deal structure, term sheets, pricing, and documentation.
• Conduct detailed credit appraisal and assess the financial and operational viability of proposals.
• Maintain regular engagement with portfolio clients and ensure timely servicing of their requirements.
• Conduct post-disbursement monitoring through site visits and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to credit policy, regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and audit controls.
• Work closely with risk and operations teams to improve execution and turnaround times.
