Role : Regional Sales Manager- Structured Finance

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Drive working capital (structured finance) business across the assigned region in line with business targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers in the
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share and cross-sell relevant financial products.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Generate leads through direct sourcing, channels, references, and market mapping.
• Understand customer business models, financial requirements, cash-flow cycles, and working capital needs.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Collections teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement.
• Ensure quality sourcing by maintaining portfolio quality and adherence to the company's credit and risk policies.
• Monitor the sales funnel, conversions, sanctions, disbursements, and portfolio performance.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities within the region.
