Job summary

Transace Tax Hr Advisors in Mumbai seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to nurture and expand Mid-Corporate client relationships within Wholesale Solutions. The role spans cross-sector exposure including project finance, renewables, infrastructure, real estate and other corporate segments.

You will drive new client acquisition, deepen existing relationships, tailor financial solutions and coordinate with Risk/Operations to ensure seamless execution. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA from a tier-1/premium institute.
• Experience in Mid-Corporate/Large Corporate/Wholesale Solutions.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management.
• Proven exposure to business development and portfolio growth.
• Experience handling corporate clients across relevant industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

We are hiring an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with Mid-Corporate clients within the Wholesale Solutions business.

This is a sector-agnostic role, and candidates with experience across areas such as Project Finance, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Power and other corporate segments may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new Mid-Corporate clients through prospecting, lead generation and business development.
• Build, maintain and deepen relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized financial solutions.
• Drive assigned business and sales targets and expand the client book.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitive offerings and potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Risk and Operations for smooth execution and resolution of client requirements.
• Prepare and track relevant business/MIS reports.
• Monitor client and portfolio performance and support portfolio quality.
• Provide relevant financial-risk inputs on client proposals and support proposal finalization.

Ideal Candidate
