Job summary

Solaris Consultants in Visakhapatnam invites a graduate with 2-5 years of field sales experience to join our merchant engagement team. You will visit retail partners, drive adoption of our affordability financing app, and help merchants grow transaction share.

Ideal candidates possess strong relationship and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel extensively to meet targets in Mobile, CDIT, electronics, and fintech channels.

Qualifications

• Visit assigned retail merchants as per beat plan and maintain strong relationships.

• Achieve GMV and productivity targets within the assigned territory.
