Job summary

Rekrut India is hiring for a fintech client as Sales RM. The role involves visiting merchants across Pan India, building strong retailer relationships and driving adoption of the company App for affordability transactions with a 50% counter share. You will meet GMV targets and travel extensively.

Requirements include a Commerce degree and 1–3 years of hard-core B2B field sales in Retail/General Trade, plus excellent communication skills and willingness to travel across the state.

• English fluency and confident negotiations are essential

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned merchants as per beat plan and report daily

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibility:

• To visit assigned merchants as per beat plan and report on daily basis.
• Build and maintain good working relationship with merchants assigned, that fosters sales.
• Persuade merchants and their teams to use the company's Application for their Affordability transactions and get 50% of their counter share
• Handle the Merchants Objections, Concerns to their satisfaction and ensure that they continue to use the company's App at their stores day after day, month after month
• Meet GMV targets
• Gather market intelligence & share with Sales Leaders

Educational Qualification

• Graduate from a reputed Tier 1 or 2 College Commerce graduates with good understanding of Numbers

Skills and experience:

Essential

• 1-3 years of hard-core field Sales experience (hunting or farming) in B2B businesses purely focussed ON Retail Merchants/General Trade in Telecom, Banking, SAAS, POS businesses in an individual contributor or Team Lead role with the below skillsets
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Very strong Communication skills Including Spoken English
• Highly Confident & Assertive
