Job summary

Religare Broking (RBL) is seeking proactive sales-driven professionals to execute client orders on NSE/BSE, promote research calls, and drive higher volumes. The role focuses on client acquisition, activation, and guiding investment strategies while adhering to compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in equity broking, NISM-8 certification and strong knowledge of capital markets, with good communication in local languages and English.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to speak in local language and English.
• Graduate from a recognized university or college.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital markets.
• Ideally minimum 1 year experience in Equity broking.
• NISM-8 certificate is mandatory.
• Understanding of local market and captive client base.
• Basic computer knowledge including email usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute client orders on NSE/BSE platforms.
• Promote research calls to increase trade volume and frequency.
• Maintain activation ratio and high client trading activity.
• Punch orders for clients on trading terminals.
• Advise clients on investment strategies and products.
• Drive distribution through wealth products (MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, etc.).
• Monitor client exposure limits and ensure compliance.

Role & responsibilities

• Execute the orders on behalf of clients.
• Ensure the volume of trade is higher & clients trade frequently.
• Promoting research calls to increase volume & frequency of trade.
• Maintaining high Activation Ratio and High no. of traded clients.
• Punch orders for clients on NSE/ BSE terminals.
• Recommending and guiding the clients on investment strategies.
• Driving distribution business through wealth products like MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs and etc.
• Monitor client exposure limits.
• Solving queries of the clients regards market and investment.
• Drive focus on generating new business/client base
• Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to speak in local language and English
• Graduate from recognized university or college
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market

• Holds latest certificate of NISM 8
