Sbicap Securities is hiring to ensure SEBI regulatory compliance and align with internal policies while advising clients from time to time based on research calls. The role focuses on generating brokerage, maintaining client portfolios, and trading on clients’ behalf with transparent market updates.

The candidate will also cross-sell third-party products and strive to meet revenue targets while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must hold NISM 8 and NISM 25 A certifications.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Confidence and strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain information clearly and simply.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients based on research calls as needed.
• Generate brokerage and volume for the branch.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide market/performance updates.
• Trade on behalf of clients and inform them about rates, research and market outlook.
• Cross-sell third party products (Life Insurance & mutual funds).

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to SEBI regulations, internal policies and suitability norms.
• Ability to advise the clients from time to time based on the research calls.
• Generating brokerage and volume to the branch.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide clear market and performance updates.
• To trade on behalf of clients, keeping them informed about rates, research information and market outlook, order & trade details and confirmations.
• Identify new streams for revenue and maintain cordial relationship with existing clients.
• Achieve laid down target W.r.t Revenue generation, client activation & client acquisition.

Cross selling third party products (Life Insurance & mutual funds).

Preferred candidate profile

• NISM 8 and NISM 25 A certification is mandatory.
