Kotak Mahindra Bank in India seeks a sales-focused professional in Gujarat to source NTB clients for asset funding and to maintain relations with dealers, manufacturers and channel partners.

The role includes cross-selling working capital and other banking products, managing relationships across retail, SME, large corporates and infrastructure sectors, and handling term loans for construction equipment finance.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
• Experience with channel partners and dealers/manufacturers.
• Experience acquiring NTB clients and deepening existing relationships.
• Knowledge of infra sectors is a plus.

Job Description:

• Sourcing new to bank (NTB) clients and client for used asset funding
• Regular dealing with dealers, manufacturers and channel partners.
• Cross sell of working capital and other banking products.
• Relationship managementwith retail as well as SME and large corporates / Infrastructure companies
• Term loan on construction equipment finance including leasing – CE Finance.

Requirement:

• Min. Graduate or Post graduate
• Experience in dealing with channel partners and dealers/manufacturers.
• Experience in acquiring new to bank Clients and service/deepen business relationship with existing client database
• Knowledge of Infra companies into Road/Civil Construction and Development, Power, Irrigation, water and sewerage, Mining and Quarry, Oil and Gas Exploration, Ports, Shipping, Warehousing and Material Handling, Hotels, Hospitals will be an added advantage
• Good negotiation skills
• Knowledge of working capital product will be an added advantage.
