Job summary

BFSI connect in Jaipur is seeking a frontline sourcing and credit professional to drive Affordable HL and LAP customer acquisition through DSA networks and open market channels.

You will conduct credit appraisals, income assessments, and document verification while building strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners. This role requires self-drive, field orientation, and a track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or B.Tech degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Affordable HL/LAP.
• Hands-on DSA sourcing experience.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting & documentation.
• Ability to handle sales and credit responsibilities.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused.

Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups.
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
